01. Can guests stay overnight?

Yes, guests are allowed but you cannot sublet the apartment to other persons.

02. Can I adjust the heater in the apartment?

There is a heater in each apartment which you can adjust individually.

03. Is there any notice period I have to care about?

At the time of rental you'll agree upon a specific period of reservation. The expiration of the contract takes place after the declared time period. A tacitly renewal is impossible, you need to fill out a new agreement. When you're renting the apartment for one month you need to renew your reservation 2 weeks before contract ending. If you wanna rent the apartment for longer periods it is needed that your reservation is renewed minimum 4 weeks before the contract ends.

04. Is smoking allowed?

No smoking!

05. Can I bring pets along?

Pets can only be brought along after explicit allowance.

06. How does the flat fee billing work?

The monthly flat fee needs to be paid per bank transfer latest until the first of the month. The first flat fee falls due on the first day of the reservation and has to be paid per bank transfer. Credit cards don't be accepted.

07. Is it possible to get the apartment cleaned regularly?

A cleaning of the apartment is not offered by Apartment Vienna.

08. How's the kitchen furnished?

The kitchen is furnished with stove, fume hood, fridge, microwave-oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes and partially with dishwashing machine.

09. Is there a TV?

Each apartment is equipped with a television and cable- or satellite connection.

10. What furnishing does the apartment have?

All apartments are renewed, fully equipped with modern furniture and have a complete carefree kitchen with stove, dishes, fridge, microwave, coffeemachine and much more. The bathrooms are ceramic tiled and offer a washing machine, the living room has a parquet floor. Each apartment has a WLAN- internet connection and SAT- or cable-TV.

11. Do I have to pay a commission?

No, the apartments are rented without payment of a comission.

12. Is there a transfer fee I need to pay?

No, there isn't any transfer fee.

13. What's included in the flat fee?

The flat fee of the apartment includes the operating costs, the fee for WLAN-internet access and SAT- or cable-TV. The energy costs (gas, electricity) are accounted separately.

14. How does the determination of the energy costs work?

Each apartment has its own counter for gas and electricity.

15. Is there internet access?

In each apartment a WLAN-internet access is available. The costs are already included in the flat fee.

16. Do I have to post bail?

You need to deposit money in case of damaging the apartment or losing an item. The bail depends on the size and furnishing of the apartment. It will be returned less eventually caused costs after the end of rental.
